Any pricing mentioned on the Website is indicative only and provided as a general guide. A firm quote is confirmed once we've seen your vehicle or the item to be worked on, or once we've reviewed photos and details you've provided to us directly. Final pricing can depend on the condition of the item, the material and stitch pattern chosen, and the scope of work agreed at the time of booking.
5. Bookings, appointments and cancellations
We work by appointment. Booking details, turnaround times and any deposit or payment terms will be confirmed directly with you at the time you book, rather than being fixed by these Terms. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as you can so we can offer that time to another customer.
6. Materials and colour matching
We do our best to represent leather colours and finishes accurately on the Website, but colours can appear differently depending on your screen, and natural leather can vary slightly between batches. Where exact colour matching is important to you, we'd recommend confirming the material in person or requesting a physical sample before work begins.
7. Photos and information you send us
When you send us photos or details, for example through our material sample request form, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us, and you give us permission to use them for the purpose of preparing your quote or carrying out the work you've requested. We won't use your photos publicly, such as in marketing or on this Website, without asking you first.
